Project Blue

Project Blue, is a comprehensive pre and post release reentry program.  This innovative program is a collaboration between Peaceprints and the Erie County Sheriff’s Office.  

Pre-Release Services include:

  • Intensive Case Management
  • Art Therapy
  • Music Therapy
  • Peer Groups
  • Alternatives to Violence Program
  • Ready, Set, Work! Employment Workshop
  • Court Advocacy
  • Empower You Speaker Series
  • Optional Fatherhood Program
  • Optional Restorative Circles

Post-Release Services Include:

  • Intensive Case Management
  • Mentoring & Retention Services
  • Court Advocacy
  • Housing Coordination
  • Entitlement & Benefits Assistance
  • Connection to Treatment Providers & Medical 
  • Educational & Workforce Linkages

Empower Youth

Empower Youth is a program focused on providing the tools and resources necessary for individuals ages 12-18 to regain control of their lives. 

Services include intensive pre-and post-release case management, mentoring, and linkage to community resources such as education, workforce development, substance use/mental health treatment and more!

St. Patrick Food Pantry

The St. Patrick Food Pantry is a ‘client choice’ style food pantry that provides our valued clients with the opportunity to choose what food items they desire. However, no one is ever turned away.

  • Proof of address
